Regular Membership
If you are a sworn full-time police officer, please download and complete the following application, attach payment for the first annual dues via check or money order and mail it to:

Members of the Idaho Falls Police Department and Shelley Police Department pay for membership dues via payroll deduction. If you are not paying via payroll deduction, membership dues must be paid on an annual basis. ($30 per month for Legal Defense, State Dues and National Dues = $360.00 annually).
If you only want state and national FOP membership, please contact our Lodge Secretary for more information.
Associate Membership
If you are a NOT a sworn full-time police officer, please download and complete the following application, attach payment for the first annual dues via check or money order and mail it to:

Associate Membership is available to other personnel such as Dispatchers, Animal Control Officers, Desk Officers, Evidence Technicians, Records Personnel, and others.

Auxiliary Membership
Bonneville County and Idaho Falls FOP Lodges have jointly formed an Auxiliary that consists of spouses and family members of police officer's.
